The best advice that I would like to give you is to follow the following tips. Make sure you are eating enough and you don’t stop eating at night. Avoid soda, salt and alcohol which increase obesity risk too. Never drink alcohol during sleep time. Stay away from smoking cigarettes as well. Do not use drugs during the day.
